Call of Duty: Police Warfare?

Call of Duty needs a facelift... MW3 marked the end of a franchise in my book.  This game series has gone as far as it can go, and it really needs new characters, storyline, and weapons.  The below trailer appears to be fan made, but damn it looks professional.  I think a Police Warfare would make for a great game setting, and lots of opportunity for a new story.  Enjoy the trailer.
