Man Uses Chainsaw To Protect Family From Mountain Lion

So a man takes his family on a little camping trip in Wyoming.  He is minding his own business cutting some firewood with a chainsaw when we sees a pair of eyes staring at him through the clearing... BAM!  He is attacked by a friggin' mountain lion!

This man was no ordinary man, he is a retired Marine.  He had been trained in combat against zombies with a chainsaw and kept a cool head when the mountain lion charged him.  According to the Fox News Article, the mountain lion pounced on man and swatted at him a few times as he hit it with the chain saw.

The wounded animal retreated after Britton inflicted a six- to eight-inch gash on the lion's shoulder, leaving him with only a small puncture wound on his forearm.

As one who has had experience fighting off cougars (wait that was something completely different...), this is pretty bad ass.  Later on the Mountain Lion was found and it tested negative for rabies; the man continued on with his family vacation.
