Showtime's New Firearms Show

Showtime has a new show all about firearms called Lock N Load (not to be confused with History Channel's R. Lee Ermey show with the same name). It is pseudo reality based show following a dude who works at a gun store/pistol range in Colorado called The Shootist. Lock N Load showcases all sorts of Americans coming in to shoot and purchase firearms.
Here's the rub, this show is going to make gun owners (and purchasers) look like stereotypes for crazy, uneducated, hard charing, rednecks. I have this sinking feeling that the folks who have surrendered their frontal lobe to television (for the purpose of making all their important decisions) will embrace the pyscho view of gun owners. I'll have to keep an eye on this show to see how it shakes out...

Yeah... have to agree that its gonna sell the moron-gun-owner stereotype. THOUGH I did see a girl fire off two quick shots, and retain her pistol in the sul position. That was kinda hot.
